Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of software products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Youβll be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve targets and provide clients with tailored software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their software needs and provide effective solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of software products, including SaaS, CRM, ERP, and other relevant technologies.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions to meet client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in software technology.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM.
