Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Cochin and Kottayam

Experience: Min 5 Years


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the field to lead and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance the overall employee experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management to drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure top talent acquisition.


Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing guidance to staff and management.


Implement performance management systems, including evaluations, feedback, and development programs.


Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.


Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.


Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.


Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to remain competitive and aligned with company strategy.


Handle employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and productivity.


Support senior management in workforce planning and organizational development.


Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.


In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.


Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.


Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Proficiency in HR software and systems.
