Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with 2 years of experience to help develop and implement digital marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for managing online campaigns, handling social media, and supporting various marketing efforts to enhance our brand visibility and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of effective digital marketing strategies.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring timely and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and support other digital communication efforts.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to continually improve strategies.
• Prepare and present performance reports to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media marketing and online advertising.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media management platforms.
• Good understanding of media planning and online advertising strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
