Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 5 years


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Plan and implement all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with the online community and manage social media interactions.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword research, site audits, and content optimization.
  • Manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and team leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
