Position : Chartered Accountant

Location : Dubai

Company Overview

It has been in the business since 2000 and comprises of professional managements, staffs and skilled workers to support the overall activities of the company. We are a diversified group in the field of construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, international trading, and green energy.


Responsibilities


1. Heading Finance, Accounts, MIS & Commercial functions of the company.


2. To develop strategies, improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through financial / cost management, resource allocation, performance measurement and monitoring, internal controls enhancement and productivity improvements.


3. Responsible for preparing financial reports to determine the financial feasibility, projected cash flow/fund flow to monitor the inflow of funds and ensured optimum utilization of available fund in line with corporate goals.


4. Developing Systems, Policies, Manuals to make the finance function more process driven.5. Structuring annual budget and evaluating it on the parameters of risk and return on the investment.

6. Projects feasibility report comprising detailed financial analysis and estimates of future returns on proposed investments.


7. Establish strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.


8. Maintain the accounts from beginning


9. Should be self driven control of complete finance of all companies in all countries


10. Should keep accounts, bank consolidation etc. from time being & later



Requirements


1. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience


2. Strong background in finance - experience in controlling budget and forecasting


3. Strong analytical & organizational skills


4. Strong management & leadership assessment


5. CA/M. Com preferred.
