Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in English with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Candidates who are available to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Address customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
• Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during interactions with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a business development executive or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
