  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, printers, software, and network connectivity.
  • Asset Management: Track, document, and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
  • Onsite Support: Provide in-person support as needed, including setting up conference rooms and AV equipment for meetings.
