We are hiring a Collection Executive for BPO (Call Center) with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification Mandatory
• 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collection software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment plans or settlements with delinquent customers
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing disputes
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve collection issues
• Prepare reports on collection activities and outstanding debts
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection
