Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in account management to effectively oversee and develop key client accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient interaction between clients and internal teams. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to retain clients by strengthening relationships and providing value-added services. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions that meet client needs.
- Team leadership capabilities to guide, motivate, and manage project teams in delivering client solutions.
- Experience in project management ensures that all client projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Skilled in negotiation to manage contracts, terms, and agreements beneficially for both the client and the company.
- 2 years of international sales support or lead generation experience (Mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions and achieve high client satisfaction rates.
- Lead and manage client meetings and presentations to ensure a transparent and engaging communication process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Regularly review account performance and conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to retain clients and reduce churn, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends and communicate actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.
- Prepare reports and analytics to provide clients and management with clear visibility into service performance.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance client service skills and maintain a high-performance team culture.
