Role & Responsibilities :

Center Manager Insurance

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India

CTC Offered: Fixed CTC of Rs. 4.5 LPA to Rs 5.10 LPA

Primary Role

• To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
• Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Branch Manager.
• Training of the advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
• Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.
• Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
• Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
• Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.

Product basket:

• · Life insurance products from leading life insurers
• · General insurance products, especially Health, Motor & Personal Accident, from leading general insurers

Qualification/Experience Required 

• Graduation + 5 yrs experience in insurance sales 
• Masters + 3 yrs experience in insurance sales 

CTC Offered - Fixed CTC of Rs. 4.5 LPA to Rs 5.10 LPA

Required Candidate profile

1. In Depth Knowledge of Insurance product.
2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written.
3. Team handling experience candidate preferred.
4. Must have Sales Attitude.
