Job Overview


We are hiring a Customer Care Professional to join our team at Letswork. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Maintain customer databases by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate departments, if needed
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets
