Job Description :

·       Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs.

·       Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.

·       Build a strong, dynamic and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines.

·       Coordinate with the client to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles.

·       Must have hands on end to end recruitment.

·       Impart hands-on training for recruitment team-members.

·       Visit the client when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement

·       Prioritize work and review it with recruiters

Essential Qualities:

·       Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence

·       Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT & NON-IT industry.

·       Must possess good email etiquettes

·       Thorough knowledge of accessing portals like Naukri and Monster

·       Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike

·       Good team leader and team builder

·       Open to traveling occasionally to clients premise
