As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• knowledge of desktop hardware and software
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
• Manage and resolve issues related to network connectivity
• Set up and maintain user accounts and profiles
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of desktop systems and data
• Document and maintain records of all support activities
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on basic troubleshooting techniques

Shift Time- 24*7 Shift

Two Rotational Off

Salary - 2.5 LPA

For night Shift Pickup and drop will be provided.
