Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele-caller in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele-caller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads
- Provide information about our services and answer client queries
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
