Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. In addition to handling social media accounts, you should have a strong background in content writing and be proficient in design tools like Canva. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of social media specialists to ensure the successful execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee and maintain our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Utilize design tools like Canva to create visually appealing and engaging social media content.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance the overall social media experience.
- Engage with users, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media metrics, campaign performance, and team KPIs.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the social media team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of social media specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in using design tools like Canva to create visually appealing social media content.
- Experience with social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media activities.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
