Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of visual communication and design principles
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing creative and impactful designs
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various platforms including digital and print media
• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other communication channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand guidelines and create designs that align with the brand identity
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the use of modern design techniques
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of designs into websites and applications
• Perform quality checks on the designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
