Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and communication materials. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through all design materials
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure the designs are innovative and up-to-date
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the design team by sharing knowledge and ideas
