Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to promote our services and brand. This is a Full-Time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and PPC.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms, and ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
• Create engaging and innovative content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
