Job Overview

We are hiring Kitchen Staff to join our team at Leons Burges and Wings. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• No experience required, open to fresher candidates
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces
• Cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor when supplies are running low
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times
