• Handle restaurant operations
• Customer service - Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Customer concerns - Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Product Quality & Recipes - Regularly review product quality and make sure that it is made as per recipes
• Duty roasters - Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Indenting - Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance at restaurants
• Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Wastage Control - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• MIS - Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Employee Trainings - Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices & SOPs
• Employee Satisfaction - Implement policies and protocols to maintain healthy environment at restaurants

Required Candidate profile

Candidate from similar industry with experience of handling restaurant individually as in-charge or second in line. Should have knowledge of various reports of QSR set up.

• Age - Up to 35 years
• Good English communication skills
• Open to work across Chennai in various shifts as per QSR standards
