• To be responsible for Designing & Project Planning and architectural project management, technical consulting services, develop architectural calculations, designs drawings and project specifications as per the cost and timelines.
• To review and seal final project plans, architectural drawings and record as required.
• To plan and schedule the architectural activities of the project from inception until end so that it meets all the specifications of design, quality and client’s requirement.
• To coordinate with the concerned Architects, Consultants and other professionals for the viability of the design.
• To make drafts, layouts and designing the site plan and making scaled drawings of the project.
• To ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers.
• To resolve problems that may occur while constructing the building.
• To carry out other task as assigned by the management from time to time
