Responsibilities & Duties Instructions

  • Develop trust relationships with existing clients 
  • Understand the latest developments in our products end-to-end.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with issues to maintain trust (Should understand how Ops/Product/Tech works)
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of numbers and forecasts to internal teams


 

      Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as strategic/key account manager (1-3 years)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to keep up with the latest products in the market
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal to build relationships with professionals of top-bottom levels
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability in problem-solving
  • Quick decision making
