About LEGALIT Tools: LEGALIT Tools is a leading provider of AI-powered legal solutions designed to empower lawyers with cutting-edge technology. Our suite of tools streamlines legal processes, enhances client engagement, and drives growth in the competitive legal landscape.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential lawyer clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the benefits of LEGALIT Tools. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
CTC: The base pay would be INR 12,000 and the commission rate would be 10%. The cap for the commission would be INR 38,000 per month. Amounting to a maximum earning cap of INR 50,000 per month.
Timings: The working days would be Monday to Saturday with the following:
Monday to Friday - 11 am to 7 pm
Saturday - 2 pm to 7 pm
Second and fourth Saturdays are off.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients using the dedicated lead list provided by the management.
Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of LEGALIT Tools, tailoring the pitch to address the specific needs of each lead.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from leads to understand market needs and provide insights to the product development team.
Maintain Records: Update lead interaction details in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features of LEGALIT Tools and the broader legal tech landscape.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the legal or tech industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Self-starter with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Understanding of the legal industry is a plus.
