Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team at Legalit in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in telecalling or a related field. The role demands excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to enhance our customer engagement and optimize the use of our legal service offerings.

- Schedule appointments for interested clients to speak directly with our legal experts for further consultation.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions using Legalit's database systems.
- Resolve any client concerns or complaints by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and enhance new strategies for client engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure all telecalling activities comply with relevant legal standards and company guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge of legal services and industry trends to better assist clients.
