Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Telecaller based in Bangalore Urban to join our vibrant team at Legalit. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Telecaller, you will engage with clients to promote our legal services, providing essential information and responding to customer inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone to introduce them to Legalit services and unique offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Legalit legal services to provide comprehensive information to clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction and interest in our services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to drive sales and client acquisition.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize client outreach and service delivery.
- Identify potential areas for service improvement based on client feedback and suggest enhancements.
- Meet or exceed set targets for calls made and deals closed, contributing to the team's overall success.
