Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team at Legalit's office in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with 1 to 3 years of work experience who is eager to contribute to a fast-growing company within the legal services sector. The role primarily focuses on engaging with clients to facilitate our streamlined legal services through effective communication and support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with clients and convey information clearly and professionally.
- Active listening (Mandatory skill) to understand client inquiries and respond appropriately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer service (Mandatory skill) proficiency to manage inquiries and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Persuasion skills to influence potential clients and guide them toward utilizing Legalink’s services.
- Strong phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Effective time management to balance multiple client interactions and tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities to promote and sell Legalit’s services and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound and inbound calls to and from potential clients.
- Provide detailed information about Legalit’s services and answer any queries clients may have.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent and effective communication.
- Collect and accurately record client information and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend additional services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues faced by clients promptly.
- Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets as set by the management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
