Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter and Accounts Manager at Legalit will play a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process and managing accounting responsibilities. This full-time junior position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be based in Bangalore, working to support our expanding team and ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in managing payroll activities and ensuring accurate financial transactions (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to conduct interviews effectively, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Experience in fostering positive employee relations and addressing issues diplomatically.
- Competence in financial reporting, analyzing financial statements and creating financial summaries.
- Skill in facilitating new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training.
- Expertise in budgeting, controlling expenditures, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring confidentiality.
- Support hiring managers in defining role requirements and developing detailed job descriptions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs, strategizing effective recruitment campaigns.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making by the leadership team.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring financial performance and recommending cost-saving measures.
