Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter and Accounts Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in recruitment, accounting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Strong accounting skills and familiarity with financial reporting standards (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in conducting interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Experience in processing payroll and managing employee compensation programs.
- Ability to manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Knowledgeable in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.
- Experienced in budgeting to help manage and track organizational finances effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to final hiring, ensuring the best fit for roles within the company.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, identify candidate strengths, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
- Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, providing necessary training and support to new hires.
- Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations and company policies.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets, collaborating with management to discuss and strategize fiscal plans.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, addressing any employee issues and implementing engagement initiatives.
