Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, and should be able to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls from existing customers, and providing them with information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for the sales team

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide them with product and service information

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when speaking with customers

• Keep up-to-date with product and service information and promotions

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are being met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
