Sales Executive/Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
· Actively engage in field sales.
· Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of company business objectives and market characteristics.
· Promote and effectively use catalogue content, advertising and/ or marketing collateral to increase account penetration and sales generation.
· Maintain and develop a high level of technical understanding of the applications of the Lee Spring product range, technical developments, and new product introductions.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue targets, KPMs and objectives for the allocated territory.
· Manage the opportunity cost of time with customers and/ or call frequencies to be consistent with their level of current or potential sales revenue.
· Confident and effective communicator to all levels of the business and to various stakeholders.
· Strong team management skills, demonstrating leadership, facilitation, and coaching styles to create a high-performance culture.
· Demonstrates challenge in a positive and proactive manner that builds credibility and effectiveness across all areas of the business.
· Understands the needs of engineers and buyers (our target customers).
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Sales Executive/Sales Engineer Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
· Proficiency in English and local languages.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
· Fast learner and passion for sales.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering has more weightage.
· Candidate must be willing to travel minimum 3 to 4 days a week in and around of the respective region and other assigned locations.
- Candidate must be having 2 wheeler with a valid Driving License (Mandatory )
