Job Description: Business Development Associate

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Generate leads through various outreach methods like calls, emails, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Present and promote company products or services to meet client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and objectives.
• Track sales activities, report progress, and update CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

• Presentation Skills and Communication.
• Lead Generation and Market Research.
• Experience in creating effective presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and generate leads.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• All graduates and post-graduates are eligible.
• Minimum GPA of 5.5
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the edu-tech industry or a similar sector will be given priority

COMPENSATION:

• Probation period structure: - INR 15,000 Fixed + INR 10,000 variable per month.
• CTC per annum after probation: - INR 3,60,000 Fixed + INR 2,40,000 Variable.
• Probation: - 3 months
