Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient administrative operations at the reception area.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist position, showcasing the ability to provide excellent service to all visitors and staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively support customer interactions and convey information accurately.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain the accuracy of data and administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that both receptionist duties and additional tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail, ensuring that every interaction is handled with etiquette and precision.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette, managing inbound and outbound calls while directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, making sure reception operations run smoothly.
  • Must have skills include a focus on customer service and maintaining a professional environment in the office setting.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, greeting them with a positive and helpful attitude and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while ensuring prompt responses to queries and maintaining proper phone etiquette.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is presentable and all necessary supplies, such as brochures and forms, are easily accessible.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings, coordinating with staff to avoid overlaps and ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain security by monitoring visitor log-ins, issuing visitor badges, and guiding them through security protocols.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing, supporting various departments as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and accurate record-keeping of correspondence.
  • Support the organization’s events and meetings by preparing materials and providing logistical assistance as needed.
