Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team at Leadrat. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves building relationships, strategic planning, and lead generation to drive sales and growth for our innovative real estate CRM solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Inside Sales (Mandatory skill): Experience or knowledge in performing inside sales operations to meet targets and goals.
- Sales: Basic understanding and execution of sales processes to drive revenue and business growth.
- Market Research: Ability to research and identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Relationship Building: Skills in establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic Planning: Capability to assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve specific goals.
- Lead Generation: Knowledge of generating high-quality leads that can convert to sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Cold Calling: Experience or readiness to make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
