Role & responsibilities


  • Material Planning and Coordination with sales team, purchase team and Store team.
  • Allocate manpower in discussion with sales person and supervisor.
  • Share the work report and attendance report to HR.
  • Coordination with Accounts team to generate invoice and Supply material.
  • Coordination with sales and Supervisor to generate installation bill.
  • Forward bill to customers for payment follow-up.
  • Update Purchase order on CRM
