Job Description: Network Cabling Technician

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 1 year or more

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems.
2. Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables ensuring efficient and reliable connectivity.
3. Implement effective cable management strategies to organize and maintain network infrastructure.
4. Assist in the design and deployment of network infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
5. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions promptly.
6. Configure and maintain Ethernet-based networking equipment.
7. Deploy and troubleshoot wireless networking solutions.
8. Assist in the installation and maintenance of data center cabling systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in network cabling services.
• Proficiency in structured cabling installation and termination.
• Experience in fiber optic cabling installation, splicing, and testing.
• Knowledge of effective cable management techniques.
• Understanding of network infrastructure components and configurations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Ethernet-based networking technologies.
• Experience with wireless networking deployment and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data center cabling standards and best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CDCP) would be advantageous.
