Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
2. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Monitor accounts receivable and payable, prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
4. General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, updating accounts, and reconciling balances.
5. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets under the guidance of senior accountants.
6. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory records, conducting physical inventory counts, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
7. Tax Compliance: Support in tax compliance activities, including the preparation of tax returns, filing GST/VAT returns, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
8. Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost analysis to support decision-making processes.
9. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules, gathering documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.
10.
