JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Merchandiser to overlook its production operations and be the point of contact with its buyers. The responsibilities have been described below:

• Coordinate with buyers and buying houses, once orders are received – you will need to directly speak to clients
• Coordinate lap-dips, strike-offs, PP samples, accessory approvals and TNAs
• Calculate consumptions and execute orders of raw materials once order is received
• Coordinate with vendors, production and quality management right through to order completion
• Maintain up-to-date production schedules for all on-going orders
• Identify and evaluate vendors to source required raw materials
• Maintain vendor relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• Only Male candidates preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of the entire supply chain
• Experience: At least 5 years in merchandising in Women’s ethnic wears
• Experience in business development, including relationship with buyers and buying agents
• Experience using B2B platforms like apparels, women’s ethnic wears etc
• Experience in pricing products based on buyer requirements
