Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at Tejoo Fashions PVT LTD (The LCTM Group) in Delhi, India. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
