Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Sales professional to join our team . As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to businesses and corporations in the IT technical and non-IT fields. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a required experience of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales management, direct sales, sales processes, and sales operations
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the IT technical and non-IT fields is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell services to businesses and corporations in the IT technical and non-IT fields
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively demonstrating the value and benefits
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful recruitment processes and client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide recommendations for business growth
