Job Description – Senior solution architect (CX platform) SUMMARY We are looking for a detail-oriented senior solution architect to design, develop, and deliver a customer experience platform (CX platform) built on cutting-edge technology.

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CX platforms, cloud computing,
• and emerging technologies.
• The solution architect's responsibilities include improving the current IT infrastructure,
• optimizing business operations,

and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop a CX platform built on cutting-edge technologies and Work with the engineering team to implement the CX platform.

• Create business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and create and implement business visions and goals.

• Support the development of cross-functional business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, cost implications, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement.

• Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies to the software development team.

• Works closely with Solution and Product Management teams, Technical Product Owners, Functional Analysts and Architects to assist in definition of Solution / Product vision and roadmap, as well as, in planning of the Program Increments.

• Work closely with business and digital stakeholders to fully understand the requirements, pain points and areas of improvements, and to enable effective and suitable technology solutions.

• Drives definition of the Feature Integration E2E test scenarios.

• Assists with creation of the Solution backlog (Capabilities, Features). • Reviews and helps to address the impediments and resolve Risks

. • Organize training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT and experience in system architecture and enterprise application development.

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Computing.

• 5+ years of experience in working with CX platforms.

• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.

• Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good leadership and motivational skills.

• Should have a strong grasp of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies used in web development, such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Python, and REST API etc.

• Deep understanding of system architecture principles, including the ability to design scalable, highperformance, and secure solutions and should be knowledgeable about various architectural patterns, such as microservices, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and event-driven architecture (EDA).

• Proficiency in working with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

• Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of cloud services, such as virtual machines, containers, serverless computing, and managed databases, is crucial.

• Awareness of security best practices and the ability to implement secure solutions. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, encryption algorithms, secure coding practices, and vulnerability assessment is crucial. Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR or HIPAA is an advantage.

• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), source control systems (e.g., Git), build automation, and deployment automation. Knowledge of containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes is beneficial.
