Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified Delivery Associates.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms, including job boards, social media, and local community outreach.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Interviewing:
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring needs.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and manage the offer process.
  • On-boarding:
  • Facilitate the on Delivery Associates boarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new associates to company policies, culture, and job expectations.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Reporting:
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with recruiting delivery drivers or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
