Job Description:

As an Abroad Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our team by providing expert guidance to students and their families regarding overseas education options, application processes, visa procedures, and preparation for life in a new country. Your insights and advice will help shape the future of students aiming to study in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their families to understand their educational aspirations, preferences, and requirements.
• Provide comprehensive information about international universities, courses, admissions criteria, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Assist students in preparing strong applications for overseas universities, including guidance on personal statements, letters of recommendation, and preparing for interviews.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in international education, visa policies, and changes in university admissions processes.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote studying abroad and to represent our consultancy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities abroad to ensure our students have access to the best opportunities.
• Provide pre-departure briefings to students and their families, preparing them for cultural adjustments, accommodation, and life as an international student.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' applications and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a Master's degree or specific qualifications in education, counseling, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling, overseas education, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in students and parents.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of international universities, courses, and admission processes.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
