JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Should have worked in architect offices that have done high end residential architecture and interiors

2. Good oral and written communication skill

3. Should have capability of understanding drawings

4. Should be willing to co-ordinate with client consultant and vendors on design finalization including sample creation etc

5. Should be willing to interact with vendors and site team to finalise design and get approval from all

6. Should give detailed drawings and details on execution to all sites

7. Should visit sites daily at least thrice a week to solve above issues or look at quality and finishing from a designer perspective

8. Should have 2 wheeler

9. Should be good with AutoCAD and other architectural software’s

10. Should interact with consultant, Client, Engineering department, site, vendors to achieve design closure     on time for orders and for ongoing works

11. should confident and dynamic to achieve the end goal.
