Job   Summary: 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) of 

Sales and Marketing to play a key role in driving our sales and marketing efforts globally. 

You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic 

sales and marketing plans, supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing, and leading a 

dedicated team within the department.

Responsibilities: 

 

Develop Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing 

plans to achieve revenue and market share growth objectives. 

Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, including setting 

targets, providing coaching, and evaluating performance. 

Identify and target new market opportunities, particularly in the defense sector. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, 

alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing. 

Execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness 

within your designated territory/segment. 

Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives 

within your area of responsibility. 

Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies within the assigned market 

segment. 

Analyze market data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. 

Contribute to the development of new products and services, aligning them with 

market needs. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a 

related field preferably in electrical and electronics. 

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a 

leadership role. 

Proven track record of success in achieving sales and marketing objectives. 

Strong understanding of the defense market and its unique challenges and 

opportunities, or a demonstrable willingness to learn. 

Good knowledge of the ATE market and its competitive landscape. 

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to lead and motivate a team. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to travel as needed. 

 

Preferred   qualifications: 

 

MBA or other relevant degree in electrical and electronics. 

Experience in managing a team within the ATE or defense industry. 

Experience in developing and launching new products and services. 

Strong track record in building and managing strategic partnerships. 

Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to your designated 

territory/segment.
