Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• MUST SPEAK HINDI AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the HR industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
• Assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and providing appropriate solutions
• Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or personnel
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Providing accurate and detailed information to customers regarding their inquiries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional service
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Collaborating with other team members to enhance overall customer experience
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions
