VM Skill

? Good Understanding of virtualization technology

? Experience on VMware ESXi 5.5, 6.0 and on V sphere would be preferable.

? Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center.

? Good hands on command line of ESXi.

? Good hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESXi server environment.

? Good understanding of HA and DRS environment.

? Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines.

? Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers.

? Create Virtual Machine, perform cloning, create and delete snapshots, add and remove hardware resources on guest OS

? Experience with large scale data center architecture and implementation

? Experience in operating in ITIL process driven projects
