Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, HR activities, inventory management, accounts, and manpower management. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resource Management:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end human resource functions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  1. Recruitment:
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a talent pool for future organizational needs.
  1. HR Activities:
  • Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage HR-related inventory, such as office supplies and training materials.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  1. Accounts:
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll and related activities.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to HR functions.
  1. Manpower Management:
  • Assess and forecast staffing needs.
  • Develop strategies for effective manpower planning.
  • Optimize workforce productivity and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of human resource principles
