Qualifications and Skills

Qualification : Graduate

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a relevant sales role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the BFSI industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in customer retention and relationship management
• Knowledge of insurance sales and collections processes
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Larn Learning Solutions' products and services
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
