Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Lead (TL) to join in Reliance - Digital at various locations in Radhanpur, Gujarat. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of Junior professionals. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a Team Lead or similar role.
• Candidate should have more than 3 years of experience in sales of Consumer Electronics.
• Qualification: Pursuing Graduation / Graduates and above.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of learning and development principles and techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
