Job Overview

We are hiring Jewelry Consultant for Reliance - Jewels in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position and is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 12th pass/ Undergraduate/ Undergrad/ Diploma / Graduate
• Good English Communication Skills
• Strong passion for jewelry and a good eye for design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right jewelry pieces based on their preferences and budget
